As long as it takes…and they have the right! IF they can stop and slow it down then they will get a chance to read the bill. As it is REID is passing the bill back and forth and rewriting it for the CBO so they can get a budget the CBO can live with….but the MANAGERS AMENDMENT is what will be voted on WITHOUT ANYONE KNOWING OR READING THE BILL BEFORE VOTING ON IT!
They can argue all they want about what is and not in teh bill..but it is changed when the CBO turns it down. SO NOW REID REWRITES IT
